Cancellation Policy
At Cleanfy Services, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service possible, please review our booking and cancellation policies: Rescheduling / Cancellation: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a booking without penalty. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% service fee. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Arrival Window: Our team may arrive within a 30-minute window of your scheduled appointment time to account for traffic and logistics. Payment Terms: All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
